Kun viimeksi elänyt puoliso oli keskinäisen hallintatestamentin perusteella saanut kiinteistöön lainhuudon ja sitten myynyt kiinteistön edelleen, laskettiin saannon moiteaika vasta siitä, kun ostajat olivat saaneet saannolleen lainhuudon.
