I enlighet med social- och hälsovårdsministeriets beslut föreskrivs med stöd av 100 § i lagen om pension för arbetstagare (395/2006):
1 §
Det arbetspensionsindex som avses i 98 § i lagen om pension för arbetstagare (395/2006) är 3077 år 2025.
2 §
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 januari 2025.
