I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

fogas temporärt till 92 § i inkomstskattelagen ( 1535/1992 ) en ny 20 punkt, i stället för den 20 punkt som upphävts genom lag 528/2005, som följer:

92 §Skattefria sociala förmåner

stöd enligt lagen om temporär epidemiersättning (687/2020),

Denna lag träder i kraft den 12 oktober 2020 och gäller till och med den 31 december 2021. Den tilllämpas vid beskattningen för 2020 och 2021.
