I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i gränsbevakningslagen ( 578/2005 ) 72 § som följer:

72 §Gränszonsförseelse

Den som uppsåtligen

underlåter att iaktta ett i 53 § 2 mom. avsett villkor i gränszonstillståndet,

underlåter att iaktta den skyldighet att medföra tillståndsbevis eller det föreläggande att förete bevis som anges i 56 § 2 mom., eller

underlåter att iaktta den anmälningsskyldighet som anges i 57 §,

ska för gränszonsförseelse dömas till böter.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 april 2014.
