I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i lagen av den 16 december 1994 om interventionsfonden för jordbruket ( 1206/1994 ) 8 § 2 mom. som följer:

8 §Revision

Fonden är underställd statens revisionsverks granskning.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 juni 2007.
