Skattestyrelsen har med stöd av 13 § lagen om skatteförvaltningen (1557/1995) den 18 december 1995, sådan den lyder i lagen 637/1997, bestämt att Koncernskattecentralen är behörig vid beskattningen av If IT Services A/S, filial i Finland från och med 1.6.2005.
