I enlighet med statsrådets beslut, fattat på föredragning av finansministeriet, föreskrivs:

1 §

Genom denna förordning upphävs 11 § i förordningen om skatteuppbörd den 1 december 1978 (903/1978).

2 §

Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 juli 2004.
