I samband med att en konstgjord led opererades in hade patienten fått ett lårbensbrott, som sköttes genom en senare operation. Fråga om lårbensbrottet skulle ersättas som patientskada med stöd av 2 § 1 mom. 1, 4 eller 7 punkten patientskadelagen. (Omröstn.)
