Ett nioårigt barn med försenad utveckling misstänktes ha blivit sexuellt utnyttjad. Barnets berättelse i förundersökningen hade videobandats, men den som misstänktes för brottet hade inte beretts tillfälle att ställa frågor till barnet och barnet kunde inte höras personligen vid domstol. Fråga om videoupptagningen fick användas som bevis vid domstol. (Omröstn.)
