Makarna A och B ägde tillsammans de bostadsaktier som berättigade till besittningen av en bostadslägenhet. Aktierna omhänderhades av en bank som pant. A pantsatte ensam aktierna till säkerhet för även andra förbindelser till banken. Pantsättningen var giltig beträffande A:s andel av aktierna.
