Sedan de lägre domstolarna hade bifallit en fordringstalan utan att redogöra för betalninggrunden i fråga om de utdömda beloppen och utan att trots svarandens bestridande ange på vilken grund man kommit till avgörandet, återförvisades målet till underrätten.
