Kun vekselin hyväksyjä oli ollut siinä määrin juopunut, että hän oli ollut helposti taivutettavissa eikä ollut kyennyt arvostelemaan sitoumuksensa merkitystä, näistä olosuhteista tietoisen vekselin asettajan kanne hylättiin OikTL 33 §:n nojalla.
